Treasury Management Sales Officer
Our client is a forward-thinking national bank with a relationship-driven culture and a commitment to innovative, secure financial solutions. As the Treasury Management Sales Officer for a national bank, you will be responsible for the steady growth of the Treasury Management (TM) portfolio through prospecting, marketing, educating, and implementing the Bank’s commercial depository services and treasury management products to both existing commercial customers and prospects. Success will be measured by calling efforts and new product implementations.
Job Duties
Treasury Solutions and Sales
- Recommend and implement treasury management products to existing and prospective commercial customers such as ACH, wire services, remote deposit capture, fraud prevention, and online banking solutions.
- Partners with commercial lenders and relationship managers on joint client calls to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, and ensure customers satisfaction remains high.
- Conduct proactive client reviews to assess cash flow needs, operational processes, and treasury risks.
- Prepare pricing proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Reports to the President.
Implementation and Service Support
- Coordinate onboarding of treasury management services to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Responsible for obtaining customer signed agreements for all TM products and services used.
- Provide onboarding training and education to clients on treasury management platforms and best practices.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Prepare sales pipeline, revenue, and performance reports as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, treasury management operations, credit, compliance, and technology.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and have a minimum of five years of experience in bank treasury management sales and service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- This position requires an understanding of bank TM products and services.
- Awareness of regulatory issues related to bank TM products and services.
