Required:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Long-term experience with a financial background in a relevant function, such as project management or sales.
- Communication, and social skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your coworkers.
- Passion to simplify and digitize processes and tools for project controlling and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Project financial controlling for the project portfolio - including cost recognition, forecasting and reporting - in support of the commercial project managers.
- Driving standardized ways of working, including cross-location WBS harmonization, and reporting for the portfolio, and digitalization initiatives and tools for streamlined and enhanced reporting - to also be rolled out across locations.
- Ensuring clear, consistent, and timely financial reporting to provide transparency and high-quality financials, including accurate forecasting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - including project management, supply chain, sales, operations, and finance - to align project goals with business objectives.
- Interface between controlling and projects.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
