We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Retail Brand Ambassador, the face of our clients in major retail stores. Your role as a Retail Brand Ambassador is to engage customers, showcase products, and build a positive brand experience across the East Bay.
As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll receive full training on marketing, sales strategies, compliance, inventory management, and team development. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to grow your skills and advance within our company.
What You’ll Do as a Retail Brand Ambassador:
- Demonstrate products directly to customers and drive brand awareness.
- Manage event displays, inventory, and merchandising.
- Follow all company, retail partner, and client guidelines.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Receive mentorship to grow further as a Retail Brand Ambassador.
Requirements for a Retail Brand Ambassador:
- High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Passion for helping others and working in a team.
- Ability to commute daily and stand for long periods.
