Founder’s Associate
San Francisco | Hybrid
$80k – $130k + equity
We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders of a fast growing AI operating systems company.
This is a high exposure, execution heavy role for someone early in their career who wants to operate at the centre of a company and learn how a startup is built from the inside. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the founders, helping drive priorities forward, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure things actually get done.
What you’ll do
- Act as a right hand to the founders, managing priorities, follow ups, and execution
- Prepare briefs, analyses, decks, and decision support materials
- Drive cross functional initiatives from idea through to execution
- Bring clarity and structure to messy, fast moving problems
- Build simple operational systems that improve how the company runs
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years experience in a high intensity strategy or consulting environment e.g. McKinsey, Bain or BCG
- Trained in structured problem solving, executive communication, and fast paced delivery
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity
- High personal standards and a bias toward action
