Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infor Trainer to join our dynamic training team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on the Infor enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring users are proficient in utilizing the platform to optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical support capabilities, exceptional teaching skills, and a thorough understanding of computer management, networking, and various software applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth by empowering staff with essential system knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
This will be a 6 month extending contract that is primarily remote, but will include some onsite travel as needed that is expensed.
Experience
- Proven experience in delivering technical training on ERP systems such as Infor or similar platforms.
- Strong background in Infor WFM and Nurse Scheduling
- Multiview Scheduling (MVS) experience
- Prior classroom experience combined with strong customer service skills to foster positive learning experiences.
Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
