Keller Williams Moorestown is seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support leadership, marketing initiatives, and daily office operations.
Our office supports over 300 real estate professionals and is the #1 real estate office in Burlington County. This role plays an important part in maintaining the professionalism, systems, communications, and brand presence that support that reputation.
This position blends marketing, writing, administration, systems management, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
You will work closely with leadership on marketing projects, internal communications, recruiting initiatives, and operational systems that support the growth of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Design marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
- Create graphics, flyers, and promotional materials for office initiatives
- Assist with social media content and marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing templates and brand consistency
- Support agents and leadership with marketing and promotional materials
This role helps maintain the brand presence and professional standards of the #1 real estate office in Burlington County.
Writing, Editing & Communications
- Draft and proofread internal communications, marketing materials, and event promotions
- Edit emails, newsletters, announcements, and presentations
- Ensure written materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Assist with presentation decks and office training materials
Strong writing and proofreading skills are essential.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with administrative processing, documentation, and organization
- Maintain spreadsheets, internal trackers, calendars, and project lists
- Help organize office systems and standard operating procedures
- Assist with onboarding resources and documentation for new agents
- Maintain organization of digital files and internal resources
Event & Training Coordination
- Assist with coordination of office classes, trainings, and events
- Prepare materials, presentations, and sign-in systems
- Support event marketing and follow-up communications
- Help ensure events run smoothly and professionally
Recruiting & Growth Support
- Assist with promotion and preparation for career nights and recruiting events
- Track recruiting inquiries and communications
- Help prepare marketing materials and presentations for leadership meetings
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with Canva or graphic design tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms
Preferred
- Marketing coordination or administrative experience
- Event planning or event coordination experience
- CRM or database experience
- Experience supporting a professional office environment
Technology & Systems Mindset
Our office actively uses technology and AI to improve efficiency and marketing.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be familiar with AI tools, social media, G-Suite, online ads, and automation platforms
- Be eager to learn new software and systems
- Enjoy improving processes and workflows
