Smile Makeover is a high-end cosmetic dental clinic in Richardson, Texas specializing in premium veneers and full smile transformations ranging from $15,000 to $50,000+. Our marketing is elite — we receive 100+ inbound Instagram DMs a day from people interested in improving their smile, confidence, and self-esteem.
Most clinics struggle to get leads.
We struggle to keep up with them.
We are now looking for a polished, emotionally intelligent High-Ticket Sales Consultant who can nurture conversations, control the psychology of the buyer, and turn curiosity into booked, paid treatment.
The Role
This is NOT an appointment setter.
This is NOT cold-calling.
This is NOT answering basic questions.
This is a true high-ticket closer position:
DM → Phone → Consultation → Close.
You will manage inbound prospects from start to finish and guide them into life-changing cosmetic procedures.
What You’ll Do 1. Own and Manage Instagram DM Conversations
- Respond to inbound DMs daily
- Warm prospects emotionally
- Shift conversations away from price → value
- Uncover motivation (confidence, life goals, identity shift)
2. Move Prospects to Phone/Text
- Extract phone numbers naturally
- Qualify without scaring away
- Create trust quickly and professionally
3. Conduct High-Ticket Consultations
- Understand their goals, challenges, and ideal smile
- Explain our value, process, technology, and artistry
- Handle objections without pressure or scripts
- Present financing options
- Close cases ranging from $15k–$50k+
4. Maintain Pipeline & Nurture
- Follow up with warm leads
- Convert “not ready yet” prospects
- Track your pipeline and hit monthly targets with consistency
Ideal Candidate Profile
You should apply if you are:
- A natural conversational salesperson who builds trust fast
- Experienced in high-ticket sales ($5k–$50k+)
- Emotionally intelligent, confident, and skilled in value-based selling
- NOT scared of talking about big numbers
- Comfortable guiding buyers through the psychology of investing in themselves
- Driven by commissions and results
- Organized, consistent, and obsessively competitive
- Able to close on the phone, not just book appointments
Dental experience is NOT required — sales greatness is.

Compensation Base Salary:
$50,000 per year
Commission:
5% commission on all closed cases $15,000+
- Close a $25k case → earn $1,250
- Close a $40k case → earn $2,000
A strong closer can earn:
$150,000–$220,000+ per year
