Hyundai of Gilroy is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our high-volume sales team. This role is ideal for a proven producer who can manage the full F&I process independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 50–60 deals per month
- Spin and hang your own deals from start to finish
- Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, ancillary products, etc.)
- Ensure all deals are compliant and properly funded
- Work closely with sales management to maximize profitability
- Accurately input and manage deals in the DMS
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
- Proven ability to consistently manage 50–60 deals per month
- Experience hanging your own deals
- CDK experience highly preferred
- Darwin experience highly preferred
- Strong product presentation and closing skills
- Knowledge of compliance and lender guidelines
Pay: $7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
