Job Summary: The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our listings and brand
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for property listings and company branding
Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email newsletters, and website content
Maintain and update the company's website and property listing platforms
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement
Assist in organizing and promoting open houses, property showings, and other real estate events
Collaborate with real estate agents to gather and disseminate property information and marketing materials
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing strategies
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
