Responsibilities
Financial Planning Support
- Establish and onboard clients in financial planning platforms (E-Money).
- Build financial plans based on advisor guidance.
- Gather and review client documents; analyze data and prepare recommendations.
- Document recommendations and client conversations in Zoho CRM.
- Maintain workflows, tasks, and follow-up schedules in Zoho CRM.
- Segment clients and set review schedules.
- Prepare and send welcome emails, support ongoing service and communication models.
- Answer client questions about planning tools, and E-Money. / Respond to client inquiries on planning tools and financial platforms
Insurance Administration
- Prepare and track insurance applications; follow up during underwriting.
- Coordinate and communicate with carriers and agencies on administrative matters.
- Update Zoho CRM with policy details and manage workflows.
- Handle client service requests (e.g., beneficiary changes, etc…).
- Notify clients of insurance opportunities (FIO, WLPO, GIO).
- Manage state licensing and compliance requirements. MM
- Manage automated emails for client review meetings.
The appropriate candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Preferred: Business Administration Diploma or other college degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent experience.
- FPQP or CFP designation or willing to obtain them.
- Experience in a role involving financial planning and using financial planning software.
- Strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM platform

Salary
We are open to hiring at a range of experience levels, so compensation will be set in accordance with each individual's experience (annual base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000). We are willing to offer a higher salary to candidate who possess advanced qualifications and higher credentials.
Summary
This is a challenging role, but it is ideal for someone who is eager to explore how the financial planning process can strengthen client relationships and foster a successful practice. Furthermore, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial planning but is not interested in establishing their own financial planning practice. This individual will have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally as a member of our team for many years. There is a potential to become a Financial Advisor if desired.
