Our globally recognized brand continues to grow its in-house brokerage services, and we are seeking a dynamic Office Administrator / Marketing Manager to join our Ketchum-based team.
This is a dual-role position for a highly organized, creative, and people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic marketing with day-to-day office operations.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the Sun Valley Sotheby’s International Realty brand and its sales associates.
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital assets, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency.
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and posting schedules.
- Support listings, developments, and special projects with strategic marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with sales associates to elevate individual branding and marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign results.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay current on industry trends, marketing best practices, and design standards.
Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Broker and serve as a key operational partner.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new sales associates alongside the Managing Broker.
- Assist with ongoing business planning initiatives with sales associates.
- Maintain and manage the monthly floor time schedule for sales associates.
- Prepare Sun Valley Sotheby’s International Realty approved listing presentations.
- Serve as the in-house resource for company-used marketing and operations platforms.
- Manage incoming, outgoing, and distributed office mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales associates regarding office-related questions and needs.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, including presentation support, organization, and logistics.
- Represent Sun Valley Sotheby’s International Realty at local, regional, and national events as requested.
- Assist with planning and executing office, client, and broker events.
- Support office appearance and functionality, including supply management and general organization.

Additional Details
Our team has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager to collaborate with sales associates, office staff, sister company teams and lead the marketing initiatives for Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty. Based in Ketchum, Monday through Friday, the Marketing Manager is a management position with a salary range based on experience. Position is available immediately.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range dependent upon experience.
- In addition to base pay, we provide employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.
- Full-Time employees are eligible for Paid Time off in accordance with our company policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
- Hours are 8:30AM- 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
