Job Summary
The successful candidate will have proven construction contract administrator experience with complex, multi-phase, multi-million dollar design and construction projects. General duties shall include, but not be limited to, assisting with pre-bid/proposal meetings, monitor all aspects of contract compliance, assist with development, negotiations and execution of contracts and change orders. Review contractor invoices for contractual compliance and conduct closeout procedures.

Duties:
- Assist with procurement of RFP pre and after award of projects.
- Work with team members to develop and maintain bid documents.
- Prepare recommendation documents
- Conform contract documents after award
- Review contractor invoices for compliance
- Coordinate and maintain changes of construction project
- Develop monthly status reports with project team
- Collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10 or more years experience in contracts, airport experience preferred
- Effective oral and
- Self motivated, capable of timely deliverables
- Highly organized
- Experience in various contract procurement methods, hard bid, Design-Build, CMAR
- Bachelors in construction or related field.
