We are hiring motivated and outgoing Retail Marketing Campaign Associates to support sales-driven marketing campaigns inside major retail locations. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and brand promotion.
In this role, you’ll actively engage customers, present products and services, and drive sales results during live retail campaigns. Paid training is provided, along with clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our client during in-store marketing and sales campaigns
- Engage customers, initiate conversations, and create a positive brand experience
- Present product and service offerings and guide customers through the sales process
- Support customer acquisition and help close sales
- Assist with daily campaign setup, execution, and breakdown
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and performance goals
- Maintain a professional, organized, and energetic campaign environment
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve campaign performance
