- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to inform content strategies.
- Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Analyze campaign performance with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize future efforts.
- Support in executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, public relations activities, and e-commerce promotions to ensure consistent messaging.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and brand voice before publishing to maintain high-quality standards.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster positive relationships.
- Assist in photography and video editing projects to produce visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Also must engage in email campaigns through mail chimp.
