Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Showroom Coordinator/Merchandiser to help maintain and elevate our showroom and hospitality spaces. This role supports both Finishing Touches Interior Design and Indulge Wine Bar and focuses on styling, organization, visual presentation and event support throughout the entire building.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of showroom and shared spaces.
- Style, refresh, and create new vignettes throughout the showroom
- Assist with ordering and restocking accessories, decor, and select furniture pieces
- Design, style and maintain Indulge bath displays
- Support showroom events and promotions to drive engagement and sales
- Assist with light setup and breakdown for events
- Collaborate with the team to keep displays current and on brand
Ideal Candidate
- Strong eye for design and visual merchandising
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Hands-on and comfortable with light lifting of decor
- Enjoys variety and a creative environment
- Backgrounds may include interior design or merchandising students, boutique retail/showroom experience, or hospitality/event styling.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
