Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java for middleware and microservices development.
- Hands-on experience with Python for serverless computing.
- Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
- Familiarity with SAP and Oracle integration methods.
- Solid understanding of Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Experience with RESTful API design and security best practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and IVR integration.
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Developer).
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack).
