Our banking client is seeking an Actimize Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Actimize Developer, you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting the Financial Crime Investigations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Key to this role: Actimize Case Management solutions (ActOne / RCM) experience
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina - Hybrid
Pay Range: $70-75/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
Term: Contract assignment
What's the Job?
- Provide technical consultation and support in developing computer applications and programs related to financial crime investigations.
- Analyze business requirements, design technical specifications, and develop or guide the development of solutions using NICE Actimize Case Management tools.
- Lead and perform analysis efforts, including building, scanning, deploying, and testing solutions within Agile cycles.
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to ensure alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Participate in system testing, documentation, and migration of applications to production environments.
What's Needed?
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, including hands-on work with Actimize Case Management solutions (ActOne / RCM).
- At least 2+ years of experience with NICE Actimize Case Manager development and Java plugin development.
- Strong SQL skills with 4+ years of experience in database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Java application development, including understanding of Java memory models.
- Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub Actions, and testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium.
