We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and email marketing.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Create compelling content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials using copywriting skills.
- Oversee advertising sales initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage marketing automation tools and platforms like WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform strategic decisions.
- Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite for digital campaigns and print advertising.
- Implement performance marketing tactics including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords campaigns, and other paid media strategies.
- Coordinate product management activities related to marketing initiatives and oversee budgeting for campaigns.
- Track key metrics using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS, HTML coding basics, and website management.
- Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities for engaging content development.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles alongside product management experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
