Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aeronautical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles, particularly in the aeronautics and space field, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing aircraft and aerospace products. This role requires innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Capability to review and recognize scope of work to manufacture parts from the following:
o Customer PO requirements
o Customer DRAWING (Blue Print)
o Parts List
o TSSP’s, ELO’s, DCN’s, etc.
o Flag notes on drawings and parts list
o Enter BOM (Bill of materials) from data provided
· Plan detailed work order/job routing (Operations/Scope of work) for each part per documents provided
· Responsible for designing, developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes for aircraft and spacecraft components
· Key duties include process planning, quality control, tool design, technical documentation and compliance with industry regulations
· Ensure products meet engineering principles, safety regulations and customer expectations by collaborating with cross-functional team to optimize production methods, select appropriate materials and maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
· Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with all departments and levels of internal and external personnel. Interface effectively with department leads and managers to achieve overall goals and deliver consistent communications to employees
· Must be decisive with strong analytical and technical skills, and able to constructively solve problems with creativity and latitude
· The successful candidate will rely on extensive experience with manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures to plan and achieve departmental and company goals
· Requires solid understanding and experience with process development and process improvements
· Prefer a 4 year manufacturing or engineering degree or equivalent experience
Preferable, but not required:
· Capability to review digital models on CAD or any other model software as needed
· Can double check/inspect a part or tool model designed by our Engineer. Dimensioning and comparing to a blueprint

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
