Job Title: Shared Services Finance Manager
Location: Sarasota, FL | Hybrid (2-3 Days In-Office)
Compensation: $110k-$125k Base + Bonus

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting experience with AP/AR knowledge

2+ years of supervisory experience (required)

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and expense processing activities

Manage a team and help them grow through coaching and feedback

Review reports and metrics to ensure accuracy and resolve issues quickly

Drive improvements in systems and workflows to improve speed and accuracy

Partner with Finance, Treasury, and business leaders to support cash flow and working capital goals

Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards

Act as the escalation point for AR, AP, or T&E-related issues

Support audit activities and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
