Digital Marketing Client Operations Manager

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 + Bonus

Job Description
Agile & Co. is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Operations Manager to serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is client-facing and leadership-oriented, responsible for overseeing digital marketing strategy execution, communicating results and initiatives clearly to clients, and ensuring all teams are aligned with client goals.
This position is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing holistically, excels at client communication, and enjoys orchestrating strategy across multiple channels and departments.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning day-to-day communication and long-term relationship management
- Translating work completed by internal teams (SEO,, paid media, content, web, etc.) into clear, strategic updates and recommendations for clients
- Overseeing and guiding digital marketing strategy across channels, ensuring all initiatives align with client goals and KPIs
- Leading client meetings, including strategy reviews, performance updates, and planning discussions
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met
- Reviewing performance report and insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicating next steps
- Proactively identifying strategy gaps, performance issues, or operational bottlenecks and driving solutions
- Supporting account growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities based on client needs and performance data
- Ensuring internal teams have clear direction, context, and priorities for each client
- Improving and maintaining internal processes related to client operations, reporting, and communication
- Staying informed on digital marketing trends and best practices to guide strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in an agency environment
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading strategic conversations
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, paid social, content marketing, and analytics
- Ability to communicate complex marketing initiatives and performance data in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultanoeusly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable giving direction, feedback, and guidance to internal teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and reporting tools; familiarity with analytics and ad platforms is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
