Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: StoneCreek Communities -St. Louis, MO area, hybrid position
Are you a creative marketing strategist with luxury/high-end branding experience?
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing all residential property management websites, advertising, collateral materials, events, and social media across a diverse portfolio encompassing both luxury assets and conventional sites. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Travel regularly to communities to provide hands on marketing support
- Assist with management of the CRM, daily marketing, reviews, and other site requirements as needed
- Adapt marketing strategies to fit the specific needs of each asset
- Manage online listing (including Internet Listing Services (ILS), including property and company website
- Design and execute resident events
- Design and coordinate marketing collateral materials
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, ensuring brand specific
- Execute digital and print advertising campaigns
- Partner with on-site leasing teams to create outreach strategies
- Create shareable social media content and oversee execution

Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with property management software a plus! (Yardi, Entrata, Realpage)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting
- Minimum 5 years of marketing in a luxury service-based industry (Luxury hotel or Luxury multifamily)
- High School diploma or equivalent
