PC / Laptop Repair Technicians
1 open position on the 1st Shift
$19.00.
1. Will need to be technically inclined with general troubleshooting skills.
2. Technicians will be responsible for ensuring department achieves key metrics, repairing computers, and performing technical and system diagnostics as required.
3. Ability to travel from time to time on special projects
Requirements:
- Clear background and able to clear Level 2 background check
- CompTIA A+ certified (Preferred, experience
- Technical skills
- Understands Diagnostics and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Hardware repair fundamentals
- General software troubleshooting skills
- Basic networking skills
- Able to navigate OS platforms - Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
- Detail Oriented
- Able to work in a collaborative environment
- Problem solving skills

- Great communication skills in English writing and speaking
- Creative and able to think freely, when necessary
- Receptive
- Ability to work in fast pace environment with daily quota
- *Please note this individual will be lifting on a consistent basis at minimum 50 LBS*
- *Capable of sitting up to 5-6 hours a day.*
Preferred experience
- Bilingual in English
- Desktop, Laptop, and Printer repair skills
- Understanding fundamentals of Imaging (OS)
- Ticketing and asset tracking knowledge
- Offsite related repairs
- Understands workflows – Supply chain environment
- Flexible and adaptable
- Understands the fundamentals of computer deployments
