Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing customer receivables, managing account balances, and serving as the primary point of contact for billing, payment, and credit-related inquiries. This role ensures accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong communication between customers, stores, and internal teams. This is a remote contract position.

Primary Responsibilities

Handle accounts receivable phone calls and email inquiries, including customer questions regarding balances, invoices, and statements
Ensure customer statements are sent accurately and respond to any statement-related questions or issues
Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies, ensuring accurate account balances
Apply credits, confirming payment are applied correctly.
Assist customers with navigating billing and payment portals, while providing direct phone and email support as needed
Generate and send daily reports
Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts, working to resolve outstanding balances
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, or account issues
