Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architectural Kitchen & Bath Draftsperson to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings that bring kitchen and bathroom projects to life. Your expertise will support the seamless execution of residential renovations, ensuring designs meet client specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Requirements:
- Background and experience with drafting and specifying detailed kitchen and bathroom plans and elevations for high end remodeling and renovations for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Candidate must be capable of creating concept drawing for exteriors, interiors and kitchens and bathrooms for pricing and presentation.
- Candidate must have experience with specifying and ordering cabinetry and parts from manufacturers with a high level of ability to properly specify and anticipate the correct parts.
- The position requires the ability to keep up with a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- 7+ years of experience in kitchen and bath documentation, with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven track record in the K&B industry, including recent work history with a high end kitchen and bath dealer or reseller.
- Ability to manage deadlines and provide documents to architectural staff in a timely manner.
- Computer literacy and experience with Chief Architect, 20/20, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
