- Analyze business requirements related to asset management and translate them into effective SAP EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and enterprise goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy SAP EAM configurations, customizations, and enhancements that support maintenance planning, work order management, and asset lifecycle tracking
- Integrate SAP EAM with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and various cloud platforms using RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless data flow and process automation
- Support system design by applying best practices in solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security (including cloud security), and system hardening across IT infrastructure components like AWS, VMware, and Linux environments
- Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of SAP EAM modules while coordinating with IT infrastructure teams on load balancing, system administration, and vulnerability management
- Participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) activities including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), system testing, documentation, and user training
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence analysis to safeguard enterprise asset data against emerging security risks
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting summaries.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines.
- Assist with resource planning, budgeting, and project governance activities.
- Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst specializing in SAP EAM or similar enterprise asset management systems with a strong understanding of system design principles
- 1–3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project analyst role.
- Experience in the utilities, energy, water, or infrastructure industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, and work order flows.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
