CALL CENTER DESIGN COORDINATOR - PROJECT INQUIRY & LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Design Coordinator for Landscape Design Inquiries at Pacific Outdoor Living, based in Sun Valley, CA. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, expertly handling and converting incoming leads into sales for our Site Analysis (SA) services. Your exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm will be key as you guide customers through the benefits and processes of our services, ensuring a seamless and informative experience. Performance Objectives:
· Manage large volumes of incoming and outbound calls, converting inquiries into sales with enthusiasm and efficiency.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients requiring further services without needing design consultations.
· Utilize your sales acumen to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, employing innovative tactics to enhance productivity.
· Maintain adherence to the SA Sale Checklist, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
· Proven B2C sales experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and close sales over the phone.
· Highly motivated, focused, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
· Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and able to perform accurate data entry.
· Excellent listening skills to understand customer concerns and effectively overcome objections.
Education & Experience:
· A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, sales in construction or home services is a big plus.
Requirements:
· Able to commute daily to Sun Valley, CA.
· Ability to make 100+ outbound calls a day and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
· Open to work on Saturdays.
