Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Financial Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and a desire to empower clients through effective financial planning and wealth management strategies. As a Financial Coach, you will guide clients in understanding complex financial concepts, helping them make informed decisions about their finances, investments, and future planning. Commission base, part time & could work way up to full time

Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial coaching to clients, focusing on their unique financial situations and goals.
Assist clients with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and estate law considerations.
Conduct thorough financial analysis to develop tailored strategies for cash management and investment management.
Educate clients on various financial concepts, ensuring they understand the implications of their choices.
Maintain strong customer relationship management practices to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
Stay informed about securities law and tax regulations to provide accurate advice on compliance and planning.
Utilize financial software for portfolio management and asset management tasks.
Collaborate with clients on corporate accounting matters when necessary.
Conduct research to stay updated on market trends and changes in the financial landscape.
Study to obtain license or have life insurance license agent

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial sales or related roles within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment management strategies, and wealth management practices.
Knowledge of accounting principles, including technical accounting and public accounting standards.
Familiarity with cash management techniques and portfolio management strategies.
Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Experience in banking or asset management is a plus.
Proficiency in using financial software tools for analysis and reporting purposes.
