Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing, to identify their financial needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to recommend appropriate insurance, investment, and benefits administration options.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by clearly communicating product benefits while addressing client concerns with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and maintaining accurate customer records to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through effective communication skills.
- Stay informed about industry regulations including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive health-related information, ensuring all interactions adhere to legal standards.

Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.

- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of insurance sales, benefits administration, and marketing principles to enhance client engagement strategies.
- Exceptional customer service abilities coupled with active listening skills to understand client needs thoroughly.
