About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused team member with graphic design or prepress experience to join our shop. This role works directly with customers to help guide their projects from quote to production. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with design files, and helping customers get great results, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Create job estimates and quotes
- Review and prepare customer files for print
- Help customers fix or adjust files when needed
- Coordinate jobs with the production team
- Answer questions about pricing, materials, and turnaround times
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (print or graphics preferred)
- Graphic design or prepress background
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Understanding of print-ready files (bleeds, resolution, color, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Print shop or sign shop experience
- Estimating or quoting experience
