Retail Marketing Associate
Eminence Marketing is hiring Retail Marketing Associates to support in-person customer engagement and retail marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for individuals interested in developing professional communication, sales, and marketing skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Paid training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available based on performance and consistency.
Role Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at partnered retail locations
- Engage customers face-to-face and communicate service information accurately
- Follow established processes to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Support account-level activities and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Maintain professionalism and reliability in a customer-facing setting
You will commute to the Scranton office 3–4 times per week, with most work conducted at local retail locations throughout the PA area.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in fast-paced, people-focused environments
- Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback
- Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
