In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to secure financing options, ensure compliance with all regulations, and deliver an exceptional car buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their financing needs and guide them through the loan or lease process
- Collaborate with lenders to secure the best possible financing terms for each customer
- Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Prepare and review all necessary paperwork and contracts accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong working relationships with sales and service departments to support overall dealership success
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive finance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
