Verdadero Spirits is an Austin, Texas–based spirits company expanding into the Dallas/Fort Worth market. We are seeking a full-time, motivated Spirits Sales Representative to grow brand presence, manage retailer relationships, and drive sales across the DFW area.
Position Overview
The Dallas/Fort Worth Spirits Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retailers, bars, and restaurants. This role focuses on brand building, account management, and achieving sales goals within the assigned territory.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $65,000 per year
• Commission on sales
• Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
• Represent Verdadero Spirits throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Open new on- and off-premise accounts
• Execute tastings, staff trainings, and promotional events
• Plan and execute efficient sales routes
• Track sales activity, leads, and follow-ups using company systems
• Work closely with management to execute market growth strategies
Qualifications
• Prior experience in spirits, wine, or beverage alcohol sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory
• Comfortable using iPad and mobile sales tools
