We are seeking a skilled Landscape Estimator/Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates for landscape projects using estimating software
- Develop creative landscape designs that align with client specifications, budget constraints, and project goals
- Review construction drawings, contracts, and specifications to ensure scope clarity and cost control
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to negotiate pricing and contract terms effectively
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, verify measurements, and ensure design feasibility
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills for pricing, contracts, and vendor relations
- Solid understanding of construction estimating principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Ability to develop innovative landscape designs that meet client needs and site conditions
