Job title: Performance Marketer
Compensation
Base salary: $85,000–$110,000
Annual performance bonus: up to $25,000, based on Shopify subscriber and revenue growth
Total potential compensation: up to $135,000 per year
Role
This is a hands-on performance role accountable for net new Shopify subscribers, new Shopify customers, and incremental Shopify revenue.
This is not a brand, content, social, or people management role.
You will be expected to personally execute, test, scale, and kill initiatives based strictly on performance.
What You’ll Own
- Net new Shopify subscribers
- New Shopify customers
- Incremental Shopify revenue
What You’ll Do
- Personally execute and optimize Google Shopping and high-intent search campaigns
- Run Meta and TikTok Shop performance campaigns tied directly to revenue
- Capture demand from Amazon, TikTok, and social platforms and convert it into first-time Shopify customers
- Scale TikTok Shop affiliate initiatives tied directly to GMV and Shopify lift
- Launch, test, and kill initiatives quickly based on real performance data
- Make fast decisions using revenue and subscriber data, not opinions
Performance & Accountability
This role is results-driven and measured through weekly scorecard check-ins.
Progress is evaluated weekly against clear performance metrics tied to Shopify subscribers and revenue.
There is a 90-day performance review period, with continued employment based on demonstrated execution and results.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven, hands-on Shopify revenue growth
- Direct experience executing paid acquisition yourself
- Comfortable running multiple platforms at once
- Ownership mindset with zero hand-holding
- Strong bias toward execution over theory
