Full-Time | Salary + Commission
We are a growing global sales execution firm that partners with service-based businesses across the U.S. to generate and close new revenue by implementing sales systems into their organization, and recruiting and deploying high-performing sales representatives on their behalf. Our operation is structured, systems-driven, and focused on consistent execution—not volume hiring or high turnover.
We are currently hiring Virtual Sales Representatives to support continued growth. This role is responsible for both new business development and closing, working within an established sales process and pipeline.
Compensation & Earnings
- Base Salary: $50,000+ annually (paid monthly)
- Commission: 20% commission on closed deals
- Average Commission Per Deal: ~$1,200
- Commission Payouts: Paid weekly
- Expected Performance: 2–3 closed deals per week
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000+ annually
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Holiday bonuses
Compensation is uncapped and directly tied to performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual sales calls with qualified prospects
- Generate new business through outbound outreach and follow-up
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
- Present solutions clearly and professionally
- Manage pipeline activity and follow-up through internal systems
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly closing targets
Qualifications
- Prior experience in inside sales, virtual sales, or B2B sales
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects through decisions
- Organized, self-directed, and reliable in a remote environment
- Experience managing a pipeline and follow-up independently
- Professional demeanor on calls and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of service-based businesses in one or more of the following: Roofing, Lawn Care, Pest Control, HVAC, Foundation Repair, and more.
