Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and goal-oriented Account Manager to oversee multiple client accounts, coordinate with internal team members, and ensure client satisfaction. This role is responsible for keeping projects on track, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and the DM Marketing team.
This position requires strong communication skills, time management, and an understanding of social media trends and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media client accounts simultaneously
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicate strategy, updates, and performance clearly to clients
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, editors, and ad specialists
- Ensure content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables stay on schedule
- Identify social media trends and recommend opportunities for growth
- Monitor account performance and flag optimization opportunities
- Maintain organization using project management tools such as Trello and Slack
- Track goals, timelines, and client KPIs
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in account management, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts at once
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools (Trello, Slack)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
