Role Description
Studio White Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Communications/Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX. This role is integral to the firm’s daily operations and brand growth, serving as a central point of coordination across client relations, vendor partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
The Communications/Marketing Coordinator will:
- Direct and manage client communications, ensuring prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented responses
- Oversee and streamline client onboarding processes, including preparation and management of all required documentation
- Coordinate scheduling for vendor presentations and client meetings
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and trade partners to support ongoing collaboration
- Create, execute, and manage strategic social media content that elevates brand presence and engagement
- Lead and implement marketing initiatives to enhance visibility, generate leads, and support business development efforts
- Maintain inventory and ensure operational efficiency across office systems
- Execute a range of administrative functions that support seamless day-to-day operations
This individual will collaborate closely with the Studio White Interiors team, contributing to a cohesive, high-performing, and client-focused environment.

- Self-motivated and proactive, consistently taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Experience managing and creating social media content and strategies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
