About Anytime Restoration
Anytime Restoration is a locally owned, full-service property damage restoration company serving the Twin Cities metro. We specialize in water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration and are known for our reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to our customers and partners.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing and sales initiatives. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, processes, and strategy from the ground up while executing creative marketing campaigns, including social media management.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Lead all marketing and branding efforts to support company growth and visibility.
- Develop and execute brand initiatives, strategy, and company-wide brand implementation plans.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, and in-person channels.
- Coordinate, organize, and manage promotional assets, ensuring timely ordering and distribution for internal and external use
- Plan, prepare, and execute events, including trade shows and vendor booth setups, ensuring all logistics and materials are handled efficiently
- Maintain consistency of branding across all promotional items, event materials, and staff apparel
Content Creation, Social Media & Design
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and engagement across platforms.
- Oversee and execute content creation for social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Create and manage graphic design for marketing collateral, digital assets, and branded materials.
- Capture, edit, and publish photos and videos for marketing and sales use.
Digital Marketing & Agency Collaboration
- Partner with external marketing agencies for website updates, Google Ads, and digital campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Sales & Growth Support
- Lead sales growth initiatives and support B2B referral programs.
- Manage a slaes team, coach and provide marketing tools to the sales team.
- Manage and track new lead opportunities.
Operations & Process Development
- Create and implement SOPs, policies, and department procedures.
- Structure department KPIs to track performance and success.
- Support executive leadership with marketing, operations, and strategic projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting during staffing transitions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or marketing manager role, or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, communications, or a related field.
- Strong graphic design skills with hands-on design experience are preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing social media, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
