Role Overview
As a Marketing Program Analyst, you will support the efficient creation of sales and marketing assets across several business segments. You will collect and verify content from subject-matter experts, organize information into standardized templates, and ensure assets are accurately prepared for internal and field use. Additionally, you will manage the entire review workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. Your role includes conducting market research, coordinating program tasks, and effectively liaising between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Day in the Life
- Collect and validate product, application, and technical data.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, consistent sales materials.
- Manage asset review and approval workflow.
- Conduct and present market and account research in Excel.
- Coordinate timelines and tasks using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing or program support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.
- Effective communicator, capable of cross-functional collaboration.
