We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented individual who excels in developing visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting designs that align with brand standards and enhance user engagement across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop visually engaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines and reinforce the company's identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create creative concepts and execute designs that support campaign initiatives.
• Optimize digital assets for usability, accessibility, and performance across various devices and platforms.
• Work closely with content and UX teams to deliver intuitive designs and impactful visual storytelling.
• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and asset management.
• Adapt designs to meet the needs of different audiences while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions.
• Stay updated on digital design trends and best practices to ensure competitive and modern designs.
• Provide support for creating brochures and other marketing materials as needed.
• 2–4+ years of experience in digital or graphic design with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, as well as Figma or similar software.
• Strong expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and digital design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creative projects.
• Knowledge of best practices for designing responsive and accessible digital experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing brochures and other print materials is a plus.
