We are seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative entry-level graphic design professionals to join our print design department. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll combine your design skills with customer service, becoming the first point of contact for our clients. Every day, you’ll make a difference by ensuring each family receives meaningful, high-quality memorial pieces.
Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Create print-ready designs for memorial products
- Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Bring creativity and innovation to every project
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Process and manage orders with accuracy and care
- Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
What We’re Looking For
Design Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign required)
- Degree or certificate in Graphic Design (or related field) from an accredited institution
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (required)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team setting
Customer Service Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday–Saturday)
- Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour + bonus pay opportunities
- Schedule Options: 8-hour shift, 10-hour shift, overtime available
- Location: Montgomeryville, PA (on-site presence required)
