Role and Responsibilities
- Surveying existing conditions
- Creating shop drawings to be reviewed by clients
- Compiling cutlists and fabrication drawings for our shop
- Providing sketches to subcontractors for the purchase of material
- Providing sketches to general contractors for coordination of installation
- Creating installation drawings for our shop
- Product research
- Assist shop with daily questions
- Misc. office tasks
Software
- Manage different programs including Autodesk, Adobe, Microsoft Office and MeisterTask
- Must be proficient in AutoCad
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Training and skilled in Autocad
- Construction experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
Additional Notes
This is a full-time position, with competitive pay. Though this is a small company, there is room for growth.
