Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, trims, and blowouts.
- Perform professional barbering services like straight razor shaves and beard grooming with precision
- Apply color treatments based on color theory principles to achieve vibrant or subtle results tailored to client preferences
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each client
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering styling advice, and upselling retail products such as hair care items.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform retail sales through upselling products such as hair care lines.
