About the RoleWe're looking for a Growth Assistant who can vibe code. This is a hands-on, all-around role where you'll build apps, prototypes, and internal tools to support ibl.ai's growth initiatives. You'll work directly with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
This isn't a traditional marketing or sales role — it's a builder role. If you can take an idea and turn it into a working app by the end of the day using modern AI-assisted development tools, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do- Build and ship web applications, landing pages, internal tools, and prototypes — fast
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Replit, Lovable, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate output
- Support growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and product
- Create demos, proof-of-concepts, and client-facing materials
- Work across the stack — whatever the team needs, you figure it out
What We're Looking For- Computer Science degree (or related field) — recent graduates welcome
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted development (Replit, Lovable, Cursor, or similar)
- Comfortable building full-stack web applications
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong problem-solving skills and genuine curiosity about AI
- Based in or willing to work from the New York area
Nice to Have- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Portfolio of projects you've built (even side projects count)
- Interest in education technology
