The Entry Level Brand Ambassador serves as a face-to-face ambassador for Frontier Communications, engaging directly with residential and small business customers to educate, assist, and enroll them in Frontier’s suite of services such as high-speed internet, digital TV, and voice solutions. This Entry Level Brand Ambassador role blends exceptional customer service, consultative sales, and community outreach to build strong customer relationships and drive regional service adoption.
Entry Level Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to present Frontier’s telecommunications products and services.
- Conduct needs assessments and listen actively to customer requirements to recommend tailored service plans that address connectivity needs.
- Promote and sell Frontier offerings including internet, phone, and bundled solutions, using a consultative approach to build trust and close enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, documenting enrollments and customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive brand experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Frontier’s product features, promotions, pricing, and competitive landscape to inform conversations and recommendations.
- Report performance metrics and customer feedback regularly to supervisors, and collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and service delivery.
Entry Level Brand Ambassador Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in face-to-face sales, customer service, or telecommunications environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, work independently, and adapt to a performance-driven environment.
- Comfort using mobile devices, sales tools, and CRM systems to capture customer data and track sales activities.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within an assigned territory (including occasional evenings or weekends) to maximize customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills, integrity, and a customer-first attitude that reflects Frontier’s commitment to quality service.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
