Fall River Rural Electric Cooperative
Fall River Rural Electric Cooperative is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Cooperative’s engineering functions and ensure the safe, reliable delivery of electric service to members. This executive-level position is a key member of the management team and provides leadership for system planning, design, reliability, and capital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering, system planning, design, and reliability efforts
- Oversee distribution, transmission, substations, metering, and materials
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and work plans
- Supervise and develop engineering staff
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Five or more years of electric utility or related industry experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
