Job Description
Lead the development of the SUPPLY brand by focusing on the brand and owner’s story, brand makeup and brand growth.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the company’s market presence
· Oversee all creative projects including graphic design, photography, print, web design, e-blasts and content creation
· Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through social media and email contact
· Manage creation, execution, and implementation of daily social media and monthly marketing initiatives and deliverables.
· Create and manage a Marketing Calendar based on product launches, initiatives or strategies set by the showroom team and founders
· Lead weekly marketing meeting with founders
· Schedule, plan and implement all brand events and launches
Job Requirements:
· Excellent project management and organizational skills
· Combination of creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail
· Able to craft marketing concepts that are brand building, brand appropriate, executable, and distinctive
· Able to partner and work closely with the company’s owners and team members
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, content management software and customer relationship management.
· Knowledge of HTML and CSS
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a brand’s marketing and social media
· Familiar with luxury brand marketing and, ideally, home décor specifically
Reports to: Sales Director
Works with: Marketing Director, Sales Director Operation Director, Sales Team, Memo Team, Client Specialist, and Invoice Specialist
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop data-driven campaigns
- Experience in Sales and the ability to support the sales team through targeted marketing initiatives
- A proactive approach to project management and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the design industry, fabrics, or wallpapers is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
