Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Analyst - NYC

In this highly pivotal role, you will join the team responsible for ensuring the company remains operational during disruptions. This will involve firm-wide continuity planning, DR capability assessments, regulatory readiness, and ensuring third-party vendor resilience, leveraging AI wherever appropriate.
You will be expected to have a background in the BC/DR field where you have demonstrated excellent attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities. You will be a motivated, pragmatic facilitator with fantastic communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Skills & Experience Required
• 5+ years' hands-on experience delivering Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery programs in regulated environments (financial, operational or cybersecurity oversight)
• Practical understanding of AWS resilience, SaaS dependencies, and cloud recovery patterns
• Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis, DR tests and documenting BCPs
• Excellent communication skills; able to produce clear, actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable
• Experience with various IaaS and SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with operational resilience requirements under DORA/MICA, MAS TRM, ISO 22301, FFIEC, or equivalent frameworks.
