We are currently hiring Junior Marketing Associates to support our retail-based campaigns.
Position Summary
The Junior Marketing Associate role is an entry-level position responsible for engaging customers, providing product information, and assisting with sign-ups or purchases in retail and community settings. This role involves direct customer interaction and on-site marketing activities. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands during in-person marketing campaigns within a retail setting
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with enrollments, purchases, or general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as required
- Follow all company policies and client compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with the public
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required
